A4000 Motherboard(battery question)

I have a A4000 motherboard with the orig. battery still attached.  No worries I will be removing it shortly.  While the battery hasn't leaked all that bad, there is however some
leakage.  My question is what is a good product to use to clean this stuff off the MB?
