there goes personal privacy on home computers... this is a way for both Microsoft and local governments to spy on you!  The next thing you know, the world governments will outlaw all computers except the ones with these security chips and MS Windows installed!

Its funny how Microsoft tries to market technologies that already hit the market years ago!  Of course now I can hear the uneducated Windows users bragging about these features until someone points out that Microsoft was about a decade late on delivering something that was already available on other platforms...  :-D
