I recently sold a G-Force 030 X 25 with 5 megs of ram for $85 buy it now (with manual and disk) and it was snapped up quickly so I would say yours is worth more. I had bought it for $100, took 8 megs of ram out of it (for a G-Force 030 x 50 I needed ram for), and then resold it.
