No it does not hava a virtual processor. Everything runs natively and all VP binaries/tools are translated to native code before being run. There is no interpreting virtual CPU under DE/Elate.
When compiling something to VP it just means that the code is stored on media targeted for a thought out virtual processor. But there is no actual virtual processor processing that code when it is run. It is simply recompiled to native code, ie to the processor it is to be run on.
