Do not make such a mistake!
I bought a 2,5" Samsung Harddisk with 80GB and a special ACARD-Adapter (IDE to SCSI) and this is now my solution.
No noises, no heat, but with about 160€ for harddisk and Acard adapter also not very cheap... but this solution is great.
