Well, I don't want to be the one to have to say it, but... It's worth what you can get for it. If the market says $30, then it's worth $30. If the market says $50, then it's worth $50. If the market says "I don't want it" then it's worth scrap value, or nothing.

It's all anchored on the price of corn land.
