Most, in fact I think all, accelerators are also ram expansions though you might need to find a ram SIMM seperately. Ebay is usually pretty good or amigakit. People on here also usually have a few lying around as spares or "just-in-case" :-D
Flash drive and HDDs are the same for setting up as far as I know. If you're not confident on doing it then get the HDD from amigakit and have him set it up for you so you can just get on with enjoying it!
