Although he manages to write in the most confusing manor I've ever seen Delshay's project 5 apparently does exactly what you're asking about. Just have a look at some of his other photos and maybe try PM'ing him for more information.

Ah yes, but the picoPSU plug into a standard atx power block. Like so: link Thus in order to use a picoPSU you would need to mod an atx connector onto the board anyway.
