I think you need to have an account on MySpace to be able to post comments etc. There's
LiveJournal which allows anonymous posting but not sure about uploading pictures etc or theres
Blogger.
Dunno if a blog style thing is what you want but there you go. You could also setup a webspace and use
Wordpress. That would probably give you the mjost control, allow you to host and show pictures in whatever format you wanted.
There's also quite a big support community in case you have trouble with it.
