With Vampire moving along you would think these would be in demand. Amigakit are you watching? they could do it in a pinch!
I dunno. With RTG configured and FBlit, I hardly use ANY Chip RAM (under 250k,) so the base 1MB or even 512k in most machines I would think should be fine.
