Dead or stuck pixel?

Some weeks ago I noticed problem with a pixel on my Samsung F2380 monitor, which I occasionally use for my A4000.

It seems realted to a green sub-pixel.

Can anyone say if it is dead or 'just' stuck? Is it possible to correct this?

I've seen different suggestions on internet, but nothing worked so far.
