Yup.
- 100Mbit USB->Ethernet dongle (for a few euro) + Zorro-III Deneb should be faster than the 10Mbit Zorro-II X-Surf.
- A USB2.0 external hard drive it will be faster than X-Surf IDE AND you can boot from it.
- Deneb's clock port offers the same capability as the X-Surf.
- Deneb's flash ROM can patch your system to KS3.9 so you don't need new KS ROMs if you're 3.0 and don't need a reboot when ruining OS3.9.
- As has been said you can also use a whole host of other USB cards. AHI sound card, printer, hub, Flash etc. etc.
All for what? €30 more RRP than an XSurf?
I have a spare X-Surf around here. You have tempted me to sell it or trade for a Deneb. (been wanting a Deneb for a long time, anyway.)
