The PC0 is loaded from the DEVS/drivers folder. It's basically harmless as it allows you to format a floppy disk to PC 720kb stndard for a somewhat easier way of file transferring between the two machines.
If you wish to stop the PC0 icon from appearing, either delete the PC0 file in DEVS/drivers or move the file out of the folder to somewhere else, say the Storage folder
