I'm not familiar with that light show card, but looks as if your OS is borked. Do you have Amiga OS 2.x Workbench on floppy? If so, put that in your drive and turn the machine on. Amiga's boot from floppy upon startup. From there, you can look around and see if you need to copy certain files over to the HD in order for it to boot.
