Go into your 's' directory and look at user-startup. Type this in case this is all new to you:
sys:s
edit user-startup
...and look for anything that might call upon the CD Drive such as AsimCDFS. Comment that out. Also, CD0 (or whatever it's been labeled) icon is probably in the devs/dosdrivers directory. Drag that to sys:storage/dosdrivers and reboot. That'll take care of the pesky CD issue.
