Hmmm... not the end of the world obviously, but I just had a conversation with a friend that makes his living programming PHPBB and told him about the server "upgrade" that took place on this site and the negative effects said upgrade had on legacy machines. Well, he swore up and down that there's absolutely no reason why this site couldn't be more Amiga browser friendly - that all that was needed, were cosmetic tweaks to the HTMLx (4 or did he say 7?). Anyway, he agreed 'that' in itself could be somewhat of a project, which is why Wayne didn't bugger to tweak since less than 6% of us actually use A.org on their machines.
I may be in the minority here, but it *would* be nice to have another Amiga social site be fully compatible with our machines. An Amiga site compatible with Amiga's? Guess that's just too much to ask for in the new millennia
Might start Twittering on my C64 instead, just because... lmao!
