Dreaming is good! Got to start somewhere. Now that it seems the OS legalities have ceased, it's high time serious effort and attention be placed on getting back to business. Speaking of ideals and dreaming: in this day and age where many people are sick of bloated OS's and planned obsolescence, there's no reason why a fully capable and modern AmigaOS couldn't be injected into the mainstream once again. Everything is cyclic and I for one feel that computing today in general, sucks. It's boring, buggy, inefficient, generic and corporate feeling. Here's to Hyperion finally being allowed to do something productive (without prejudice! lol) with what we all know to be is the most superior OS on the planet  :-)

BTW: all of your suggestions are great but the OS1.3 compatibility. Unless you got it reversed. 1.3 could be used for a simple set top box utility however.

Oh and to the powers that be: keep the prices realistic on this stuff, huh? The one continuing notion that's obsolete IMO is gouging and punishing your current and hopeful user base. Mass produce and sell hardware at break even margins (which you'll be able to do at a "loss" before too long with some fancy accounting) and make up for it in software. It's an age old business MO that I'm afraid, so many in the Amiga circles never fully grasped. Especially Commodore, which ironically did whatever they could to get their C64's into peoples homes for very little profit. Worked back then and can still work today.
