Hi there c64geezer

Sounds like you could be English - since geezers tend to live in London??!!!!

Welcome to AmigaOrg.

I have four Amigas (unfortunately only two working at the moment) and also a 1000 lurking under my desk, which I must get working one of these days.  I also have a "spare" 1200 - without even a hard drive in it!!!! - and a spare 500+ complete with hard drive.

I tend to be doing stuff I "have" to do these days, not what I "want" to do.  My favourite thing on the Amiga is messing about with DPaint and changing pictures by picking up brushes and moving things around.  I have found another interest in the last few days however - playing around with fonts in TypeSmith.  I've nicked some of my son's TrueType fonts off his Gates Crate and converted them to .pfb's.  I then found the position of the characters differed between the two machines, so I set about finding out more about how to use TypeSmith to cut and paste and also about kerning.  Fascinating stuff.

Tell us some more about where you live and what you do with your Amigas

Regards Kathy (called Yesnaby after my favourite place!!!)
