You will need a Catweasel Controller to write Amiga floppies directly on your PC.
Other possibility is to create the floppy on the Amiga. You will have to find a way to transfer the data of course. There are a number of possibilities, such as:
- Use Crossdos on the Amiga, this will allow the Amiga to read 720k PC formatted disks
- Transfer data with a nullmodem cable
- Network
All of this is quite difficult though if you only have an unexpanded (i.e. 512 kB) A500.
