is it possable to change the icon programs use for the "iconify" function?

I was wondering if it is possable for the end user of a program to change the icon a program uses when it is iconified. For example, when I iconify SimpleMail it comes up with a standard tool icon, I would like it to come up with its actual program icon so it is easier to know what it is (and looks alot better!)

On another note, can anyone suggest a good GUI for LHA? Prefurably something that support drag and drop (ala WinZip).
