Does the CD32 allow you to hold down both mouse buttons upon power-up and then select the floppy drive as a boot device?
I have absolutely zero experience with teh CD32 but I know on the A1200 you can use degraders as mentioned to effectively downgrade your machine to an earlier kickstart revision.
Your CD32 will have WB3.1 ROMs, although its possible the version of WB on the HDD (assuming there is one) is either 3.5 or 3.9.
If you can boot from a floppy, and use a downgrader, I can see no reason why they should not work. Alternatively, there may be an Amiga game compatibility list somewhere online. I'll have a quick look if I get chance.
