Nah, 'fraid not, and that wouldn't improve games anyway as they all use the internal graphics chipset to generate the video output.  What you could do is look at the way you're connecting your CD32 to your telly.  You can improve the image by connecting via the S-video input, which I'd imagine your television has.

If that doesn't improve matters, then it's likely due to the hardware scaler in your TV.  Good place to ask:
