I bought 4.1 once, not buying it again for some fancy icons.
There's a lot more too it than just "some fancy icons."
4.1 Final Edition should be free to existing registered users. OS4.1 cost me more than Windows 7 Ultimate did, after all. It's a full release in the sense of it's got all the updates, I suppose if you split hairs. It's also a sequential update in the 4.1 chain, a chain I already bought into once.
OS4.1 cost you more than Windows 7 Ultimate? You must have gotten a HUGE discount for Windows 7 Ultimate then.
