Just add a negative power regulator (79L05) and a pair of small electrolytic capacitors (22uF will be enough) and hook the regulator to the -12V rail.

Just remember to move the 'tick' jumper to video source or the Amiga will refuse to boot, as the original PSU provides it (the same as the A2000, A4000 models dropped the tick signal inside the PSU).
