If your CD32 is not an European unit (those have SCART plug), the unit will have a S-VHS port.
most 1084S have the luma/chroma inputs on the back (separated, in two RCA sockets). That's just a matter of making your own S-VHS cable.
Worst than true RGB, but miles better than composite.
