For this Amiga behaviour I think your problem lies in another part: read the voltages coming from the PSU with system loaded and on. +5V rail must have at least 4.9V and no more than 5.2V steady.
Also check to unusual heating on the chips on the accelerator and motherboard, which can indicate capacitor problems.
