 Follow the pin #41 of Alice, take out the 0 Ohm resistor (PAL/NTSC selector).

 On the Alice side solder a wire to a switch. Add a 4,7k resistor to Vcc (PAL) and on the other pin of the switch, put a 10k resistor with the other pin grounded.

 I don't take responsibility for the hack, be warned.

 The hack only change the screen refresh rate. The video encoding will stand NTSC in the machine.

 For a proper conversion, you need to change the entire video encoding circuit, plus the main crystal.

 LCD TVs are a {bleep} for 50Hz refresh rates (PAL).
