modus operandis:
He bought nicely expanded Amigas, clean it a bit, take out the good gear for himself, then ebay the meagre Amiga for an over quoted price, advertising bull***t to those poor persons who bought his "mint condition products".
If a naive user with a broken Amiga gear send him the goods, kiss goodbye! He bills the incautious, plus never, ever return anything.
