I f you CAREFULLY drill the holes for the Amiga ports in the backplate (you'll need to build a new one, anyway), no need to worry about any more grips.

 Maybe only a hole for a screw on 1200's bottommost-left border.

 Dont forget to put the original insulation layer behind the board.

The only modification you'll need to do in your PSU is CUT out the shield wire of the Amiga conector (no need the wire, 'cause in a tower you'll have all shield you need).
