Seriously, would you expect more? IE is used by the majority of the population using computers as its what they get with theyr shiny new PC. The majority dont care what a computer even is as long as they can surf for porn, play games and talk to theyr friends in one form. Its like a car, they could not care less what brand it is as long as it works.
