How do I connect to Ethernet

I have multiple A4000's. I want to know how to connect them to my router via a rj45 connection.
I have network card for the amiga, I beleive it is a adrianne? however it has a bnc connector. how do i get from bnc to RJ45?
next step is after this, how do I connect to the internet and to my other computers on the network at that point?

if I have the x-surf can i use it to connect other amigas using their BNC connector cards to eth bnc connector on the Xsurf card?
