You are allowed to download the AMIGA ROM from wherever you like and use it too as long as you own the AMIGA computer model that it comes from.
Don't worry about it, you're not in breach of any copy rights as long as you own a real copy too, the hardware. Otherwise emulator programmers would have been sued.
....You would have had to get the ROM code out in to software to test your emulator
