That's what I used to say. But I always loathed the day I sold my A2000 in 1996.
It was a chance meeting in 2005 with a A1200; hidden inside a TV Noticeboard electronic box at work, which was being thrown out. The Keys and floppy slot were the only thing visible under the beige metal skin. But when I saw the two "A" Amiga keys the heart started to pound. Opening up the beige steel box I found a perfectly preserved A1200. Complete with power supply. (the keyboard has UV fade as it was exposed.)
It was like a kids Christmas.
Now I have my A2000 back and an A500 to complete the collection.
I tried using emulators from '97 on. The older versions weren’t as good as the latest, but there is nothing in IT compared to "having and holding" a "real" Amiga.
:-D Am I one sad individual ? :-D
