The browser thoughts have been changed. There was a post on the AROS Show lately, as well as Rob's blog. This changed some things. So the bounty looks like it will be re-written.
There was also a discussion about it on AROS-exec.org.
It's kind of a long story, but we are doing what we can to keep it as open as possible.
