Best Paint Program which will run on AF6?

I was wondering what is the best paint type program I could get that will run under AF6?

Something close to say Photoshop. (Hopefully a lot cheaper.)
If not Photoshop quality, what is the best?

Very cool, thanks for all the replies!
I will try this TVPaint out for sure.

In the good ol' days I used Deluxe Paint IV, which is extremely outdated now.
