OS 3.5 with 3.0 kick chips

I have an A1200 with M1230@50 32 Mb Ram, Dataflyer XDS 4Gb. I have kickstart 3.0.
I want to install OS 3.5. There is any way to preload the 3.1 kickstart into memory and then boot with OS 3.5?
OS 3.9 could be fine too.

btw: I have broken 3.1 kick chips.
