build an XE1541 cable and try 64hdd... ops you will need a msdos machine :D

its a nice solution to run with and old laptop

If you have an a1200 you can try Easy1541 too.

It's a bit slow writting d64, but it makes his function very well. You have to build your own Easy1541 cable. And you can use some kind of dopus software like c64kopik

I use another amiga tools to manage my d64 images:

 - und64: to list/test or extract from d64 and another c64 images
 - simdisk:  to list/extract and save files to a d64
