First of all you need to install sana2 device drivers for your pcmcia card. My eth card is a 3COM and i'm using 3c589

The you need a TCP/IP stack like AmiTCP 3.0b2 or other ones like miami or genesis. Try install amiTCP using this guide

With OS3.9 CD you can install inet apps like:
 - genesis TCP/IP stack
 - Web browser AWEB 3.4 SE
 - Amiga Mail client
