General guidelines I'd suggest:
Always pay attention to your woman when they seem to want it. All claims of equality aside, they still are almost universally spoiled self-absorbed and materialistic would-be princesses who want to be "taken care of".
Bearing this onerous double-standard in mind, look at your Amiga and then ask yourself these questions about your woman:
o Is she fat or hairy?
o Is she moody or otherwise irrational (astrology, numerology, etc.)
o Does she suck a mean disk? Swallow?
o How's the hygiene?
o What's her sex drive like?
o Is she obsessed with silly trends of fashion, celebrity, shoes, Atkins or hair-style?
o Is she a genuinely kind and decent human being who treats people fairly regardless of circumstance?
Those are just a few criteria to start with when you weigh whether or not your woman rates more time than your Amiga. If your Amiga looks like a better prospect, it's time to find a better woman. After deciding whether or not you merit a better woman. ;-)
