I don't think this helps..... but, I did a search on google on the newsgroups and got the following link:

I just used "micronik 1210" as the search string. The post is in German so I couldn't read it, I doubt if there's anything useful there, but maybe.

On the other hand, there's this Micronik board here:

with descriptions of how the jumpers work, and this may be similar to your board.
