bad thing I can't find an Acces alternative in this package.
Anyone suggestions? (except from Oracle, wich is not really within my budget as far as I know)

How about
MySQL? If you have Apache and PHP running then you can use the excellent
phpMyAdmin. And writing web front-ends for MySQL databases is a piece of cake with PHP.
