As can be read on
amiga-hardware.com its a replacement motherboard for Amiga 1000s. To get it up and running you needed the original chips from the Amiga and put it on the board.
As stated before, its not a carbon-copy of the A1000 originals motherboard, it comes with a few extras:
* Kickstart ROM socket for 1.3 or 2.04 kickstart (not sure about 3.1).
* 1 ZorroII slot
* 1 OCS/ECS videoslot
* Possibility to use ECS chipset
* Optional SCSI
* 1 or 2 MB Chip RAM
* Battery backed up clock
