Hi you should email them, raise a ticket and consider phoning them.
I do not advocate voicing concerns about a company in a public forum until all these routes are exhausted.

Ordinarily, I would jump to the defence of AmigaKit as my purchases have always gone smoothly.

BUT

I attended the Amiga North Thames show in December 2009. I left my Scandoubler with Matthew as it had a fault.
Now in March 2011, after numerous phone calls throughout 2010 and emails in 2011 I am STILL awaiting a diagnosis...

I know that my Scandoubler is small beer to Amigakit, but these "small" things are significant to me and my future buying habits.

and don't even start talking about how pissed off a fella from Nor'n Iron gets when he's called Irish lol :)

I just checked your homepage, AmiTunes looks superb! Definitely on my software to try list.
