I have a Winner card too..But i havnt connected the AT power to it? Is that bad?

I've got a brown power soldet at the motherboard from the powersuply. Should I Remove that before i Plug in the power to the Winner board?

Can anybody mail med the manual or something? I bought the Winner card 2nd Hand...With no manual
