Why amigaSYS3 for my A4000/A1200?

Hi All-
I'm curious about the amigaSYS3 program of development.  I can see the advantages for people running emulators.  Why would I want to download the classic AGA setup if I already have amidos 3.9 up and running?  Are there some cool features added that I can't recognize in all the pretty pictures?
