Dell U2410 Ultra Sharp Monitor, Supports 15kHZ!

I have a DELL U2412M. I just want to confirm that by buying either one of:

will allow me to use a VGA cable from DELL to VGA/23Pin and will work without any problems. I am put off a little when amigastore says that workbench drivers are required.

The ST2320L is the same, apart from being a tiny bit smaller. Supports 50Hz. I use it with an Indivision ECS. The monitor's scaler isn't great and leaves some visible phase banding and some blurred/soft edges, but it works well enough.

Hello Matt. As far as I know, if the monitor can support 15khz then you do not need any scan doubler. So, although you use the doubler, I just wanted to ensure that having one of those vga/rgb connectors would suffice, albeit not as good without the doubler.

I got my impression after reading http://www.amibay.com/archive/index.php/t-78792.html and checking that my monitor was on the list.

I really don't want to spend the money on anything other than the 23 pin adapter.

No scandoubler needed if you don't go beyond hires. Interlaced, no good.

Can you remind me how often interlaced is necessary when using the Amiga? Are there many applications/games that require it ?

So, over on amibay I have been told that

A1200 <> NON-BUFFERED ADAPTER <> DELL U2412M

will work. I am in Europe so I would prefer to either get one from:
