Easiest and cheapest thing to do is use your connector and cabling from your original Amiga's PSU and hook it up to an old AT PSU.  Most AT PSU's can be had for little or no money at all.  200W max is all you need for an A1200 desktop.  Going down the ATX route is simply a waste of time, effort and money.
