HELP! RESCUE DISK!

i have made a big error, in that i have trashed my startup folder in os3.9, my disk backup is not working,can anyone send me with a rescue disk, i only have a 3.1 disk on floppy that cannot see my hard drive, if i could see my harddrive i have a workbench backup on another partition????

forgot to add, i have amiga explorer running and loaded up in ram on my amiga, i intended on transfering rescue disk data from pc to amiga then onto disk and reboot, so if anyone has anything that can help if it would have to be in amiga format not adf thanks
