The piano intro to "Agony" was pretty damned good too

Agreed, its fantastic.  i spoke with the author just recently and he told me that wasnt the original version that got released with Agony, the publisher had changed the samples or something, hence the wrong octave/bum note in part of it.

I have asked him if he would ever release the oirginal but it seems that a brand new or the original version may make onto the 3rd Amiga Immortal audio CD, finges crossed :-)

Turrican 1 & 2 were both great for music. I particularly liked the last level of Turrican and the title of Turrican 2.

Probably IMHO the best music in any game ever released on any platform, Amazing!

The Turrican Audio CD that Chris released quite a few years back has to be heard to be believed.
All remastered and of very high quality and have also lost none of there original charm, i'd push to say there even better.

@Teemu

You our corrrect, never knew he released that version. thanks for the info.
The one that shipped with Agony is much better though, much better piano samples besides the little mishap :-)
