Yes it is perfectly possible to use a 128MB SIMM in the BlizzardPPC- I know because my Amiga 1200T has 256Mb (2 x 128MB) installed in it.
I actually got my SIMMs from an Acorn dealer (
http://www.apdl.co.uk/ram.htm )- the Acorns have similar requirements to the Amiga.
